Hot Honey Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts, halved 
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 Tbsp Pelicano 
  • 2 tsp honey 
  • pinch of red pepper flakes 
  • salt and pepper, to taste 

Directions

Preheat your oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels with olive oil and hot honey mixture. Spread coated Brussels on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy. Let cool, serve, and enjoy with your flock!
