Pelicano Deviled Eggs

Ingredients: 

  • 6 boiled eggs,  halved 
  • 2.5 tsp Mayo 
  • 2.5 Dijon mustard 
  • 1 tsp Pelicano 
  • 1/4 tsp ground paprika 
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • salt and pepper, to taste 

Directions:

Boil and peel your eggs. Slice each egg in half lengthwise, carefully remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl with additional ingredients. Mash the yolk mixture until smooth. Fill each egg half with the yolk mixture using a spoon,  piping bag, or ziploc with the corner cut off. Option to garnish with pickle slices, jalapeños, olives, etc. Serve and enjoy with your flock!
